Sencha creates JavaScript frameworks and tools for enterprise customers. I joined as employee number seven and saw the company grow to over 150 employees over the course of a few years. As creative director, I managed a team of designers that worked across the company’s brand and its products. As a JavaScript developer myself, I also worked directly on Sencha Touch, one of the richest mobile web frameworks available at the time.
